A new oc villain for my season 3 fanfiction series. This one was a real bitch to draw. Took me forever to finish but I'm pretty pleased with how she turned out.
Chriselda Chitin (aka Centipedia) is the mother of both Insectiva & Arachnidia. She's somewhere between 80-110 years old and one of the most diabolical villains in Grossology history! Just like Insectiva is obssesed with insects, Centipedia is obssesed with Myriapods (millipedes & centipedes) which she views as nature's perfect creatures. Unlike her daughter thou, Centipedia have no maturnal feelings for her animals and just sees them as tools to reach world domination. She's a brilliant scientist who uses her vast knowlegh of myriapods to try to cull humanity, usually by mutating them to giant proportions or weaponize their toxic chemicals. Centipedia is a social darwinist who only thinks the strong has the right to prosper (this might be why she not only allowed but even encouraged the rivalry between her daughters). Centipedia has been an enemy to the Bureau of Grossology ever since it was founded and used to be a frequent enemy of the very first Grossologists. After her final defeat thou was Centipedia forced to go into hiding but has recently returned to once again terrorize the city. Little is known about her past. We know that at some point she was a member of the Society of Drossology but they excommunicated her since she was too extreme even for them.
Centipedia saw her daughters as property to do with as she pleased. She would brutally punish them whenever they stepped out of line. This way Centipedia would instil unbridled fear within them. She would only ever show them affection when they accomplished something, leading the two sisters to compete even harder with each other. She also abused their father until he couldn't take it anymore and abandoned the family.
Centipedia is an increadible malicious and cruel woman that will do absolutly anything to win!
